1. Bonded Magnets
The bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet is mainly produced by molding compression of the Nd-Fe-B compound alloy powder with epoxy resin, with the following characteristics:
1,Higher magnetic property: the magnetic property of bonded magnet is between that of sintered magnet and ferrite, with good consistency and stability;
2,High precision & freeness of magnet shape: the magnet shape and dimension can be guaranteed by the tooling, like ring, segment & block, etc., without further sintering and machining;
3,Good corrosion resistance: after ED coating or special surface treatment, the magnet can be applied under normal or unfavorable environment conditions in a durable period;
4,Diverse magnetization: multi-pole, skew and radial magnetization can be available. The magnetic surface can be on the ID, OD and end surface or combined magnetization. The field distribution can be square, sinusoid, etc.
The bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet can be applied on all kinds of small and micro-motors, such as spindle motor, stepping motor, synchronous motor, DC motor and brushless DC motor, and it can also be used for sorts of sensors. It can replace some sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet and ferrite, making motor assembling easier and more reliable, reducing cost and improving efficiency.
2. Hot-Pressed Magnets
We have two types of hot-pressed Nd-Fe-B magnets, the hot-pressed isotropic Nd-Fe-B magnet (GHM2) & the hot-extruded anisotropic Nd-Fe-B magnet (GHM3).
The hot-pressed isotropic Nd-Fe-B magnet (GHM2 ) is produced by hot compression with rapidly-quenched Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder under high temperature.
The hot-extruded anisotropic Nd-Fe-B magnet (GHM3 ) is produced by the technology of hot compression-extrusion-deformation with rapidly-quenched Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder under high temperature.
1,High magnetic performance, with (BH)max in magnet radial direction reaching 240~390kJ/m3.
2,The magnet ring is radially-oriented with uniform magnetic field, which can guarantee silent motor operation and smooth torque output.
3,The magnet has high temperature resistance, with working temperature reaching 200ºC.
4,The magnetic pole number and skew angle of the magnet shall not be necessarily pre-designated at pressing process, but changed by adjustment of magnetization yoke, which can guarantee greater design freeness for customers.
5,The magnetic wave form of the magnet can be customized as square wave or other special wave forms.
6,The magnet ring can eliminate the process of splicing into a circle. It can be magnetized for multi-poles, which gives motor assembly convenience.
7,The magnet is Nano-crystalline structure with high density and ED coating with excellent corrosion resistance.
8,The magnet is mainly applied on many kinds of automobile motors, servo motors and brushless motors for power tools.
3. Samarium-Cobalt Magnets
1,The Sm-Co Magnet has high magnetic performance (high Br, Hcb & (BH) max), reaching the (BH) max of 35MGOe under room temperature, which is only lower than Nd-Fe-B magnet, but much higher than other magnets.
2,The working temperature of the Sm-Co magnet can reach 550ºC that is the highest among all other magnets.
3,The So-Co magnet has strong corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation, which can be used for a durable time.
4,The Sm-Co magnet has an extremely low temperature coefficient, generally -0.030%/K.
The Sm-Co magnets are comprehensively applied in the field of space and aviation, national defense and military electronics, micro-wave parts, communications , medical electronics, automobile, magnetic pump, instrument & meters, sorts of sensors and high-ten motors.
4. Injected Plastic-Bonded Magnets
The injected plastic-bonded magnet is manufactured by the injection molding technology with granulation materials of thermoplastic resin & magnetic powders.
According with different magnetic performance and application, the injected plastic-bonded magnet can be produced by different combinations of resins and magnetic powders.
Due to its injection molding, the magnet can be designed in complicated shapes and also plastic-injected with other parts as a complete assembly product.
Compared with normal sintered magnets (sintered Nd-Fe-B and ferrite), the injected plastic-bonded magnet has a better ductility and crack resistance on some certain impact load.
The injected plastic-bonded magnet has a high cost advantage, comprehensively applied in the field of home appliances, automobile, office equipment & 3C products, etc.
